Ukrainian female activist set up a training camp in Paris to teach women the “art” of nude protesting. Do you guys think this is exploiting women in a bad way or empowering women? Topless Warriors!

I don’t think I could ever do it, but it looks empowering. The picture of her comes off as liberating not sexual. That’s probably the key to making protests like that work.

Seeing as I considered nude modeling for spare change here on campus I think I would be fine doing this. One of those things I get to tell me grandkids when I get older. And yes, I think it’s empowering. People nowadays see women as sexual objects. Not even humans. Well if they want sex, they’ve got it. Sometimes you have to shove it in their faces before people realize it’s wrong. TAKE THAT!

Wow. I’m not sure that I could do it but I am glad to see that there are some women who are willing to go to the extreme to fight for their cause 🙂

Maybe if people got used to seeing women naked it would cease to be such an attraction. People are drawn to the mystery of a woman’s body. If it was no longer a mystery it might not be such a draw. Can you imagine a world with no more pornography required. It might even lead to less rape. So yes, I think over time it could become empowering. But right now I’m with shaybrandon in that I don’t think I could do it.

I’m not sure how I feel about it, but it definitely gets attention and that’s what they are going for. So it’s effective that’s for sure.
